Services Description
Reliablevendorin provides professional restoration services for vintage electronics. Our services include assessment, repair, parts replacement, cosmetic restoration, and testing of electronic devices.

Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the device and its condition
- Disclosing any known issues or previous repair attempts
- Removing any personal items from devices before service
- Picking up completed devices within 30 days of notification
- Payment of all agreed-upon service fees
Warranty
All restoration work is covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in restoration work, vintage electronics can be unpredictable. Reliablevendorin is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed during initial assessment
- Devices that cannot be restored due to unavailable parts or irreparable damage
- Loss of sentimental value
- Consequential or incidental damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for restoration services.
Device Storage
Devices left for more than 30 days after completion notification may incur storage fees. Devices unclaimed for 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to local regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required for extensive restoration projects or rare parts procurement.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service requests before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once restoration work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply to cover parts purchased and labor performed.
