Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our restoration services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your device so we can address your concerns.

Warranty Coverage

All restoration work is covered by our 12-month warranty on parts and labor. If your restored device experiences issues covered under warranty, we will repair it at no additional charge.

What Is Covered

Our warranty and return policy covers:

  • Defects in workmanship performed by our technicians
  • Failure of parts installed during restoration
  • Issues directly related to the restoration work performed
  • Cosmetic restoration defects

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under our return policy or warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after restoration
  • Issues unrelated to the restoration work performed
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original restoration scope
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after device pickup

Return Process

If you need to return your device for warranty service:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue
  2. Provide a detailed description of the problem
  3. Bring the device to our workshop for evaluation
  4. Our technicians will assess the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty
  5. If covered, we will repair the device at no charge
  6. If not covered, we will provide an estimate for additional repairs

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued if:

  • We are unable to complete the restoration as agreed
  • The device cannot be restored to functional condition
  • There is a significant error in our service that cannot be corrected

Refunds are typically issued for the service fee only. Parts costs may not be refundable if they have been installed or are non-returnable.

Service Adjustments

Within the first 30 days after restoration, we offer complimentary adjustments and calibration if you feel the device is not performing optimally. This includes fine-tuning and minor adjustments at no additional charge.

Abandoned Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of completion notification may incur storage fees. Devices left for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to local regulations. No refunds are provided for abandoned devices.
